Shred Shop, Inc. ships UPS or USPS. Shipping rates vary depending on the shipping method selected and whether your order includes oversized items, such as snowboards, snowboard boots or certain board and travel bags. For UPS shipments we must have a street address to deliver merchandise to, NO P.O. Box’s.
To find out what the shipping rate is for a particular item, simply put the item in your Shopping Cart by clicking on the Buy button. Rates are based on weight, dimensions and delivery zone.
Please keep in mind that all delivery estimates are just that, estimates. Because actual delivery times are subject to various factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions and other carrier delays, Shred Shop cannot guarantee your package will arrive within the estimated delivery time. If time is critical and you need your items by a specified date, we recommend choosing a shipping method that provides at least a 2 business day cushion period to account for unforeseen delivery problems. Note: Orders shipped with UPS Standard freight charges are cheaper but the customs brokerage fees (approx $45.00), duties, taxes are the responsiblity of the importer (you the customer). Any refused order will be subject to all freight, brokerage, duties, and taxes incured for the refused package. We recommend UPS Standard for larger items such as snowboards, large travel bags, heavier items.
Note: Orders shipped with UPS Worldwide Expedited the customs-cleared brokerage fees are included. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the importer(you the customer). Any refused order will be subject to all freight, brokerage, duties and taxes incured for the refused package. We recommend UPS Worldwide Expedited for items that are smaller in volume and lighter in weight goggles, gloves, clothes for example.
Due to the complications that arise with shipping, duties and taxes when shopping and returning products internationally all orders that are exported from the USA will be FINAL SALES ONLY. NO RETURNS, NO EXCEPTIONS.
IMPORTANT: IN CALCULATING DELIVERY DATES, UPS EXCLUDES THE DAY THE ORDER IS SHIPPED, WEEKENDS AND CERTAIN SHIPPING HOLIDAYS. FOR EXAMPLE, ABSENT A SHIPPING HOLIDAY OR ANY ORDER IRREGULARITY REQUIRING INVESTIGATION, A 3-BUSINESS DAY ORDER PLACED ON MONDAY AND SHIPPED ON TUESDAY WILL ARRIVE ON FRIDAY. SIMILARLY, A 2-BUSINESS DAY ORDER PLACED ON THURSDAY AND SHIPPED ON FRIDAY WILL ARRIVE THE FOLLOWING TUESDAY.
Any product received that has been damaged during shipping must be reported to us immediately. Call to notify us of the damage. We will contact the shipping carrier and have the shipment picked up. Please leave the package in the condition you received it in the original box. All claims are processed through the carrier.
