Please fill out the Warranty Evaluation Request below and we will respond to all Warranty Evaluation Requests within 2 business days. Shred Shop will work with the Manufacturer to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Depending on the situation we can issue a full refund, repair or replace the item.
