As part of the Team Rider Program, I understand my shredshop.com TEAM RIDER DISCOUNT is for PERSONAL USE ONLY as part of my sponsorship.

I will not use my TEAM RIDER DISCOUNT to purchase product for other individuals or, for resale.

Once approved as a Team Rider, my discount will show on qualifying products once added to my cart when I am logged into my shredshop.com account.

I understand that as a shredshop.com Team Rider I represent shredshop.com and won’t act like an idiot - I will not troll other Team Riders or become a Shred Bully. I promise not to smack shredshop.com stickers on other people’s stuff. I’ll also do my best to remember to tag my social media with #shredshopteamrider and #shredshop.com

I UNDERSTAND I MUST BE EIGHTEEN OR OLDER OR HAVE MY PARENT/GUARDIAN’S EXPRESSED CONSENT TO ENTER INTO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAM.

1. The person who is sponsored by Shred Shop shall be referred to hereinafter as “Team Rider.” The “Applicant” means only the Team Rider when the Team Rider is age 18 or older OR it means both the Team Rider and the Team Rider’s parents or legal guardians when the Team Rider is under the age of 18. The Applicant agree and understands that the Team Rider’s Activities (hereinafter the “Activity”) can be HAZARDOUS AND INVOLVES THE RISK OF PHYSICAL INJURY AND/OR DEATH.
2. If the Team Rider has accepted the use of equipment from Shred Shop (hereinafter the “Sponsor”) the Applicant agree to accept for use the equipment “AS IS” and WITH NO WARRANTIES, express or implied. The Applicant agree that they have had the full and fair opportunity to completely inspect the equipment. The Applicant agree that the Team Rider listed on this form will be the only person using the equipment. If the Applicant feel the equipment is not in proper working order and/or or is not functioning properly, Team Rider will stop using it immediately and return it for inspection, possible repair, adjustment and/or replacement.
3. The Applicant accepts full responsibility for the care of the equipment during the Activity and will be responsible for the return, replacement and/or repair at full retail value as determined by the Sponsor. The Applicant agree that the Sponsor is authorized and shall have the right to charge the Applicant’s credit card for repair and/or replacement cost of the provided equipment.
4. The Applicant acknowledges and understands that participation in the Activity may be dangerous and may also include risks which are inherent and/or which cannot be reasonably avoided without changing the nature of the activities. By signing this document, the Applicant recognizes that property loss, serious injury, and death are all possible while participating in the Activity. RECOGNIZING THE RISKS, THE Applicant VOLUNTARILY AND EXPRESSLY ASSUMES ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH THE PARTICIPATION IN THE ACTIVITY, WHETHER OR NOT DESCRIBED ABOVE, KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, INHERENT OR OTHERWISE.
5. Additionally, in consideration for receiving this Sponsorship, THE Applicant HEREBY AGREE NOT TO SUE Shred Shop, the equipment manufacturers or distributors, or any of their respective successors in interest, affiliated organizations and companies, insurance carriers, agents, employees, representatives, assignees, officers, directors, and shareholders (each hereinafter a “Released Party””). Also, The Applicant AGREE TO HOLD HARMLESS AND RELEASE ANY RELEASED PARTY FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY and/or claims for injury or death to persons or damage to property arising from Team Rider’s participation in the Activity, including, but not limited to, those claims based on any Released Party’s alleged or actual NEGLIGENCE or BREACH of any CONTRACT and/or express or implied WARRANTY.
6. The Applicant understands that the Team Rider is not an employee of the Sponsor and will agree not to make any claim of any kind under the Workers Compensation Laws against the Sponsor or any Released Party. Further Team Rider agree to take full responsibility for any property damage (including but not limited to equipment damage), injury or loss to Team Rider including
death, which Team Rider may suffer, arising in whole or in part out of Team Rider’s participation in the Activity. By signing this Agreement, THE Applicant AGREE NOT TO SUE any Released Party and THE Applicant is releasing any right to make a claim or file a lawsuit against any Released Party.
7. By execution of this Agreement, the Applicant also AGREE TO DEFEND AND INDEMNIFY/REIMBURSE each Released Party from any and all claims of the Applicant and/or a third party arising in whole or in part from Team Rider’s participation in the Activity.
8. In consideration for the Sponsorship, the Applicant AGREE THAT ANY AND ALL CLAIMS for injury and/or death arising from the Team Rider’s participation in the Activity shall be GOVERNED BY MINNESOTA LAW and EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION of any claim shall be the DISTRICT COURT OF HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA or in the FEDERAL COURT FOR THE STATE OF MINNESOTA.
9. In the case of a minor Team Rider, the Applicant parent or legal guardian acknowledges that he/she is not only signing this Agreement on his/her behalf, but that he/she is also signing on behalf of the minor and that the minor shall be bound by all the terms of this Agreement. Additionally, by signing this Agreement as the parent or legal guardian of a minor Team Rider, the parent or legal guardian understands that he/she is also waiving certain rights on behalf of the minor that the minor otherwise may have. The Applicant parent or legal guardian agree that but for the foregoing, the minor Team Rider would not be permitted to be sponsored by Shred Shop.
10. By signing this Agreement without a parent or legal guardian’s signature, Team Rider, under penalty of fraud, represents that he/she is at least 18 years of age. If signing as the parent or guardian of a minor Team Rider, the signing adult represents that he/she is a legal parent or guardian of the minor Team Rider.
11. The Applicant understands and acknowledges that this Agreement is a contract and shall be binding to the fullest extent permitted by law. If any part of this Agreement is deemed to be unenforceable, the remaining terms shall be an enforceable contract between the parties. It is the Applicant’s intent that this Agreement shall be binding upon the assignees, subrogors, distributors, heirs, next of kin, executors and personal representatives of the Applicant.

I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THE FOREGOING ASSUMPTION OF RISK, RELEASE OF LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT AND UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS. I AM AWARE THAT I AM RELEASING CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS THAT OTHERWISE MAY EXIST
